Multiple Teams · Lovejoy Golf Classic

The Leopard Golf Team hosted the “Lovejoy Fall Classic” October 26th.  The guys represented Lovejoy very well.  The varsity men’s “Black” and ‘Red” teams both competed against 6 other teams.  The JV 1 team won their division of the tournament.  Very nice job by all considering the way the wind blew all day.

The “Black” team shot a team total 345, good enough to take 2nd place.  Will Fairchild tied for 4th overall with an 85.  Grayson Wehking shot an 86.  Brian Wolfe and Jay Pabin both carded an 87, and Jonah Barton a 90.

The “Red” team shot a 357 on the day, good for 4th place.  David Logan’s 85 tied him for 4th place overall.  Matthew Welch shot an 86.  Aidan Weeks shot 89.  Jackson Snyder shot 97, and Lyndon Su shot 99.

The JV team’s 389 was good for 1st place.  Jack LeGare carded an 88, which also won individual medalist honors.  Trent King shot 89, good for 2nd overall.  Derek Fisher shot 99, which was 3rd.  Jacon King shot 117, and Law Legg shot 120.

The varsity boys will compete at Firewheel “Old Course” November 3rd and 4th.  They are looking forward to this opportunity to compete in this event.
