Danielle is a senior and has been playing soccer since she was in the third grade. Her favorite position to play is outside midfielder, but she mostly plays outside defender. Her favorite soccer memories were the two times last year we won in penalty kicks. First was in the College Station Tournament and second was against Prosper during district.
Outside of soccer, Danielle is a part of National Honor Society, yearbook, and she does volunteer work within the community. Her favorite class so far has been senior English with Mrs. Brown. She says she enjoys both Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Joseph because they have great personalities.
On the team, Danielle admires Carol because she always has a great attitude and works hard at protecting the goal, never giving less than 100%.
If she could have one superpower, she would like the ability to time travel because she could go back to different decades and see the decades to come in the future. She loves eating at Tokyo One and her favorite movie is The Sound of Music.
Right now, Danielle would like to go to the University of Texas in Austin and study International Business or Finance. She is also looking at University of Oklahoma and University of Arkansas.
We’re thankful for Danielle and her four years in the Lovejoy Soccer Program. She works very hard and has definitely made an impact on the high school as a whole in addition to the soccer program. We’re excited to see what’s in store for her in the future! We’re definitely going to miss her next year.
